1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and dhx4d (hereinafter "dhx4d", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://dhx4d.lat (hereinafter "the Platform" or "the Website").

dhx4d operates as an online casino and sports betting platform under international licensing. The Platform offers live casino games, video slot titles, and a comprehensive sportsbook covering markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other international sporting events. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) and processed through Malaysian-native payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, among others.

These Terms apply to all services provided by dhx4d, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bonus and promotion participation, customer support interactions, and all other features accessible through the Platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any portion of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you affirm that:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
2. You have read and understood these Terms in full;
3. You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
5. You are not a current employee, director, officer, or relative of any employee or director of dhx4d or any of its affiliated entities.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments to these Terms shall be deemed acceptance of such amendments. We will notify registered Players of material changes via the Platform or registered email address where reasonably practicable.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Persons under this age are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform.
• You are not a professional player whose activity is prohibited under applicable licensing conditions.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform suspended or permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
• You hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• You have provided accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited under applicable law. Determining the legality of access in your jurisdiction is your sole responsibility.

5 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration requires the submission of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and current as of the date of submission.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, dhx4d requires all Players to complete a KYC verification process. This process requires submission of:

• A valid, government-issued photographic identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Where requested, proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account displaying your registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of account registration may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities. dhx4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory verification. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account credentials — including username and password — are the sole responsibility of the Player. dhx4d will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where adequate precautions have not been taken by the Player to safeguard their credentials. Players are advised to enable two-factor authentication where available.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

dhx4d supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u (Maybank online banking), CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction. As a general guide, the minimum deposit for most e-wallet methods is RM30 and for FPX bank transfers is RM30.
• Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are credited to your Account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. FPX transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• dhx4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the following timeframes: e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5 to 30 minutes; direct bank wire within 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative ranges and not guaranteed processing times.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified at the point of request.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your Account, all applicable turnover requirements must be fulfilled before the bonus-derived portion of your balance may be withdrawn.
• dhx4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of a material value, which may extend standard processing times.
• Payment method used for withdrawal should, where possible, correspond to the method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

dhx4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback promotions, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed at the time of offer:

• Bonuses are awarded in the form of Bonus Credits unless expressly stated otherwise. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable until applicable turnover requirements have been met in full.
• Turnover requirements specify the total wagering volume that must be completed before Bonus Credit funds convert to withdrawable Real Money Funds. The applicable multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated per promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts or shared households will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Credits must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired Bonus Credits are forfeited without compensation.
• dhx4d reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Players with active turnover requirements at the time of withdrawal of a promotion will not be disadvantaged retroactively.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional terms — including arbitrage betting with bonus funds, use of low-variance strategies to satisfy turnover requirements, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any resulting winnings, and may result in Account closure.

Specific promotions including the Birthday Bonus (up to MYR 2,688 depending on VIP tier) and the Refer a Friend programme (MYR 38 per qualifying referral) are subject to additional terms available on request. The VIP Programme operates on six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond) with cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and personal account manager benefits scaled to each tier's monthly turnover threshold.

8 Game Rules & Sports Betting

All games available on the Platform — including live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), video slots, fishing games, crash games, and instant-win titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for statistical fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term payout over a statistically significant volume of play and are not guarantees of individual session results.

Sports betting on the Platform covers a wide range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, Asian Cup qualifiers, UFC events, and other major international competitions. The following general betting rules apply:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Price changes after confirmation do not affect accepted bets.
• In the event of a match or event abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the official governing body's result or, where no official result is available, voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each game or sports market and may vary by event, market type, or Player account limits.
• dhx4d reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts for specific Players or events where risk management considerations apply.
• In the event of a technical failure during gameplay that interrupts a round, the hand, round, or spin in progress may be resolved automatically based on the partial game state at the time of failure or voided at the platform's discretion. Relevant affected Players will be notified.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under any alias;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage;
• Exploiting any software error, pricing error, or technical fault in the Platform to place bets or access funds that would not otherwise be available;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any other illegal activity;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account operation;
• Allowing a third party to access, use, or operate your Account on your behalf;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Platform staff or other users via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform;
• Any action designed to circumvent Platform security measures, geo-restriction systems, or responsible gambling tools.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

dhx4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within specified timelines;
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player under the Platform's Responsible Gambling tools;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Where continued operation of the Account presents a legal or compliance risk to dhx4d under its applicable licensing obligations.

Where an Account is closed due to Player-initiated self-exclusion or voluntary closure, Real Money Funds remaining in the Account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and pending wagering requirements. Bonus Credits will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting Customer Support via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

11 Responsible Gambling

dhx4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among its Player base. The Platform enforces a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years and provides a range of tools to assist Players in managing their gambling behaviour:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time alerts to notify them after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in immediate Account suspension for the specified period.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, user interface elements, written content, audio assets, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of dhx4d or its licensed content suppliers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, copied, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of dhx4d.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation of Platform content.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dhx4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failure not directly attributable to gross negligence by dhx4d;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to safeguard your login credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services beyond dhx4d's reasonable control;
• Inaccuracies in information provided on the Platform where such information does not relate to your Account balance or confirmed bet settlement.

Nothing in these Terms limits dhx4d's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14 Amendments to These Terms

dhx4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the most recent revision. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

Where amendments are made to bonus or wagering terms that affect active promotions, Players with ongoing turnover requirements at the time of amendment will not have their in-progress requirements retroactively altered.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dhx4d holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under dhx4d's applicable licensing framework.

Players who have a complaint regarding the operation of the Platform or the settlement of a wager should contact our Customer Support team in the first instance. dhx4d commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within two (2) business hours and providing a substantive response within five (5) business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction internally, players may seek recourse through independent dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licensing authority.
